Jeffrey Davis is a New York criminal defense attorney representing individuals in all aspects of criminal defense. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in with a degree in Political Science, Jeffrey obtained a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in federal court in the Southern District of New York and in the Eastern District of New York.

While in law school, Jeffrey clerked for a Supreme Court Judge in Kings County conducting research pertaining to Domestic Violence and interned at the Kings County District Attorney's Office. Jeffrey also clerked at the Bureau of Investigations and Trials at the New York City Fire Department. At the New York City Fire Department, Jeff was responsible for presenting cases before judges at the NYC Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.

Jeffrey then worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County, New York under District Attorney Charles Hynes. While at the Kings County District Attorney's Office, Jeffrey was responsible for all aspects of criminal prosecution including prosecution drug offenses including drug possession, felony possession, and drug sales, assault/menacing/harassment, DWI offenses, criminal trespass, felony assaults, burglary, forgery, weapons charges, license suspensions, and arraignments.
